Lv Mingyue: As an important part of aesthetic cognition in Chinese traditional culture, the concept of utensils is the focus of my study in the sixth studio of sculpture department during my undergraduate period. Its cognition, understanding and treatment of body have penetrated into almost all traditional Chinese artifacts. The so-called utensil modeling is a very important part of the Chinese traditional aesthetic system, and it is reflected in a variety of local historical relics. It is an important cornerstone for people to understand the traditional Chinese modeling system. This series of works combines the traditional modeling features and the special connection among the forms. In addition, the traditional medium of marble creates a new feeling.There are also a number of works which mainly express emotion using similar expressing methods .
