Nie Lisha: Nie Lisha’s works always question the temporality of self-identity within the complex connection of multiple cultures and matter. Through re-arranging and fictionalizing encounters, she uses video, sound, and installation to build a visual and acoustic narratives based on the cross of personal space and public space. Starting with the self-exploration of cognition and perception, she intends to cultivate perceptions, emotions, as well as questioning about reality, and discussion about authority and technology.
