The starting point of my work is the search for my identity. After graduation, I lived in Guangzhou for a long time. Like migrant workers, I looked for opportunities here, worked hard, met and separated. The deepest feeling that this experience gave me was thinking about my identity as an outsider. Maybe I was surrounded by some people who were similar to me, so I also realized a lot of thinking about the concept of identity through their eyes. I want to use the image of a broken package to depict this feeling. A broken package means migration means leaving. This is also the most common thing in my experience. Although there are a lot of immature aspects in creation, I think that I have seen many possibilities in the practice of the work, which may be a direction and point of interest for my future creation.

In the current pluralistic social environment, inheritance and change are implicit and constantly updated. People look for themselves in confusion and anxiety. But I think everyone needs a window to reconcile with yourself. For individuals, the creative process is a form of self-dialogue and reconciliation, and I enjoy peace and loneliness in painting.
