Ziyin’s artwork continually focus on multi-dimensional perception that exists in the world as a living individual, and keep pursuing the most authentic and touching vitality of the work without any subject limits. She usually takes the intuition of comprehensive materials as the starting point to constantly explore the multiple possibilities of texture, space and color of painting involved by three-dimensional materials.

Strawberry Cake was created when the artist studied in London. Taking the most daily figures as the starting point of this painting, she launched her unconstraint creation of comprehensive materials on the canvas. Chinese paper, wool, leather products and other ready-made objects collide and interweave with acrylic, oil painting stick and other painting materials in multiple dimensions. Kneading, weaving, twisting, collage and other techniques are flexibly used, which shows the artist’s trial of interpreting the word "painting" in her own way. The strawberry cake in the lower right corner serves as the name of this work, and condenses the artist's life experience in a foreign country via such a small stuff.

The work Cake is one of the numerous small creations of the artist's daily experiments on materials. Ziyin’s curiosity about the painting effects of different materials has always been the main trend of her creation. It is not only a process of dialogue and mutual dominance with various materials, but also an exploration of her personal mood. There is usually no clear content or theme in daily small creation. The texture of cotton and acrylic pigment accumulation in this work reminds the artist of the texture of cake in real life, so it is named.

Dinner Party was created while the artist studying in the UK. It uses a photo of personal family gathering as the content sourceand takes wool as the main material to develop artist’s exploration of painting language. The use of color and materials has become a way of setting off the picture atmosphere and characters' emotions. The figures out of the canvas has strengthened the unrestrained and excitement emotions in the dining scene. This work pursues a grotesque and ultimate beauty.
