Zhou Qinshan: Most of my artworks start from microcosmic personal behaviors and daily life experiences. The Merbromin Requesting a Psychological Distance of One Line and The Ideal Cock are among my experimental works. The former takes "1" as the unit and regularly expands a written network seemingly full of energy. As time passes, the oxygen in the air slowly resolves and fades the red ink. Finally, the handwriting vanishes and the pictures carry only faint trace of time. The Ideal Cock is a chair which is not suitable for use. Based on a common, everyday experience. I am curious to see what kind of mental reaction the audience will have.
