Wang Chengpu: In the past two years, I have continually searched for who I am, for what I like and don't like. This has nothing to do with contemporary society or traditional culture. It only has to do with myself and my own experience. When we look at ourselves, we can better understand the existence of everything. I continually work to free my thoughts from the hazards of habit. The creative being of every object is a surprise to me. This is my living principle.
