Ding Xin：I want to simply borrow the partial image of the female body to convey personal feelings of privacy, as well as the growth of memory and the individual’s perception of life. I titled these works "Wigs" because I hope to show a feeling of falseness in the images painted on the canvas, and to thus leave more space for the viewer’s imagination, while creating an emotional verisimilitude, removing the existence of a person from the canvas, and separating the hair on the canvas from that found on a human body, finally creating a feeling of aloofness.
