Liu Dan: The series about mirrors is a record of my daily life, with delicate gentle brushstrokes to create a living space.  Every scene I paint is life in its natural state, without the presence of people, but with tracks left behind of people who were once there. What is revealed is a kind of psychological space, a record of the story of what has happened in the past, with only some details of life from past life preserved into the present day that we may look back at the past with a cool rationality.
