Sun Bo: Expressing my inner feelings and thoughts is the focus of my work. Frequently, I choose to draw inspiration from traditional resources, using and interpreting them in completely new ways, as if constructing an active "dialogue" between past and present, in which the author and the audience empathize with each other, echoing in silence.

Let us stare at the droplets carrying crystal sand flowing gently over glass, with the light falling upon them, and allow the images belonging exclusively to our hearts to slowly emerge. Respecting the characteristics of the materials employed, understanding their structural relationships and communications, and seeking possibilities for artistic expression are the ways I relate to the materials employed, and also the logic behind the works I create.
