Li Longfei: About the metaphors of painting, I would never wrack my brains to think but live for the moment. I only think about attractive things and objects among all the things happening around me. Then I would find an ideal group of ordinary objects and arrange them rationally. I take out their natures to produce concepts. Thus my works are mostly indirect conceptual narratives. Every piece is an independent story. I am not opposed to story-telling.
