 As said Heraclite, " “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.” We are able to record a period of time and repeat it in different ways, but we are always looking to the past. The seascape presents illusions and flows. The flow of sea water seems to repeat itself, but it's never the same. Every moment is gone forever. Everything exists, and does not exist. Everything flows with time, as waves are always new, constantly dying and reproducing themselves. The flashing neon symbols and the text emphasize the moments in life that are worth to remember. The clock floats in the flowing waves to express our subjective desires, it cannot control the flow of objective time.
