My paintings, sculptures and installations require the viewer to re-engage

with how we see and perceive. The interaction between light and space, the process of

perception and the participation of viewers are all the directions I explore. I was inspired

by the various sensory experiences of modern cities. The parallel and interaction of

nature and electrons deepened my thinking about contemporary life. In the latest series

of works, I try to discuss the real and virtual relationship with mirror and reflective film and

question such established concepts. I have the intention to control the interaction between

the viewer and the work, so that the viewer can be immersed in the interaction and gain a

new visual experience. This kind of small interaction between people and works

produces a romantic atmosphere, which can deepen the visual and psychological impact

on the audience. I think the importance of a work to move people is far beyond the form

or material to attract people. I hope my works can bring more than visual stimulation. I

hope it can make viewers find inner peace in a gentle and relaxed way.
